What Kimiiii is
A private revenue-operations tool for one creator-management agency.
Kimiiii is the internal system our agency's managers and chatters sign in to each day. It reads the agency's own sales and conversation data from the platform the agency already uses to run its roster, and turns it into a short, ranked list of what to do next — instead of a library of dashboards nobody has time to interpret.
It is business software for a named team, not a consumer service. Kimiiii does not sell anything to the public, does not process payments, and publishes nothing.
What it does
Revenue health
Month-to-date gross and chat revenue against the same period last month, with a forecast for the rest of the month and the revenue currently at risk.
Ranked actions
Protect, grow, and coach work ordered by expected value and urgency — every item carrying the evidence that produced it.
Chatter performance
Recognition and coaching recommendations drawn from a sufficient sample of each chatter's own logged work, not from vibes.
Who signs in
Accounts are issued by invitation. There is no public sign-up.
An agency owner creates each account and sends it to a named member of staff. Every account requires a password and a time-based one-time code from an authenticator app. Managers and chatters see different data, enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface.

Security notice
We will never ask you for another company's credentials.
The sign-in form on this site accepts only a Kimiiii account — an email address and password issued to you directly by an agency owner, plus your own authenticator code.
Kimiiii never asks visitors for payment card numbers, bank details, or passwords belonging to any other service, and never emails you an unexpected link asking you to sign in. If a message pointed you here and you were not expecting it, do not sign in — write to [email protected] and tell us about it.
