Kimiiii is a private, internal business tool operated by Sosa Projects, LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern its use. By signing in you agree to them.

1. Accounts

• Accounts are created by an agency owner and issued to a named individual. They are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You must enrol in two-factor authentication before you can use the tool, and you must keep your authenticator and password secure.
• Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you believe someone else has used your account.
• An owner may suspend or remove your account at any time, in particular when you leave the agency.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access, or try to access, data belonging to a creator, customer, or agency you are not authorised to see.
• Export, copy, or disclose data from the tool outside the agency, except as your role requires.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service, or attempt to defeat its access controls, without our written permission.
• Use automated means to extract data from the service beyond your normal use of the interface.
• Use the service to break the law, or to breach the terms of the creator platform the agency's data comes from.

3. The data you see

Much of what Kimiiii displays is personal data about real people — the agency's customers and your own colleagues. Treat it as confidential. Use it only to do your job for the agency, and only for as long as you work there.

4. Figures are estimates

Revenue at risk, growth potential, forecasts, and rankings are modelled estimates produced from incomplete data, not statements of fact and not financial advice. Bonus and performance figures shown in the tool are indicative; the agency's own records govern what is actually paid. Do not rely on any figure here as the sole basis for a decision with financial or employment consequences.

5. Availability

We provide the service as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, that its figures will be complete or free of error, or that it will keep working with the upstream platform it reads from. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change them materially we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email. Continuing to sign in after that means you accept the change.
